We started as a sole proprietorship and became a private limited within a span of few years. We started with the domestic market where we were catering to clients in industries such as consumer durable, FMCG, Pharma and agriculture.
Breakthrough Careers realised the potential Africa had to offer and in 2009 we entered the West Africa market in the agriculture space. We are now one of the leaders in the executive search industry when it comes to the overall Africa market. In 2016, the gates of US market opened for us when we placed a CXO in the data analytics industry.
Having set our firm base in one sector and carving a niche, we started expanding in other sectors such as Manufacturing, Metals, Mining, Technology, FMCG, IT, Media, Textiles Retail, Hospitality, EPC , Cement, Trading and Consulting.
Currently the company’s presence is spread over Africa, Middle East, Asia, Europe and US and we cater from junior to CXO roles. Our consultants are based in various parts of the globe including Asia, Middle East and Africa which makes us easier to reach out to clients and candidates across the globe.
